SKATE PARK IN BEAMSVILLE?

Lincoln Council received a petition asking that a skate park be constructed in Beamsville. The briefing note in the following link acknowledges receipt of the petition and gets the discussion on the table. https://lincoln.civicweb.net/Documents/DocumentList.aspx?ID=46036

When I was campaigning in 2010, I had quite a few young teenagers explain that a skate park would mean a lot to them. I think its a great idea, although the price mentioned was surprising (Pelham).

Please comment and give me your thoughts both about the idea generally, and about the proposed locations.
